Provide the gift of education to a child

Friends of Hope is Conviventia’s child sponsorship program, designed to help break the cycle of poverty in Colombia through Christ-centered education and meaningful relationships.

For $36 per month, your sponsorship helps ensure that a child living in poverty can receive a strong Christian education. One that nurtures academic growth, spiritual formation, safety, and hope for a better future for both the child and their family.

When you become a Friend of Hope, you will receive your sponsored child’s photo, biography, and a welcome package to help you begin the journey together. From the moment a child is assigned to you, they are ready to hear from you. Through letters, pictures, and occasional gifts, you communicate something powerful: someone cares deeply about their life and their future.

Sponsors receive regular updates on their child’s progress, along with letters and drawings from the child. These exchanges become treasured reminders of encouragement and connection, often displayed proudly by students in their homes, just as sponsors cherish the notes and artwork they receive in return.

For privacy and security, we ask that all communication be managed through Conviventia. Our preferred channel is email at sponsorship@conviventia.us, where correspondence is securely coordinated. If you choose to send letters or gifts by traditional mail, they must be sent through our U.S. office:
